DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

1. Delivery (Activation). The premium listing or advertising space you buy is a digital service; it is activated in your account immediately after payment approval and you are notified by e-mail. There is no physical delivery or shipping.

2. Right of Withdrawal. If you consent to the immediate performance of the service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under art. 15/1-(ğ)-(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. For future-dated advertising space that has not yet started, you can get the full price back by requesting cancellation before the start date.

3. Cases Where We Refund. (a) A duplicate charge for the same order; (b) the service being unavailable for longer than a reasonable period for technical reasons attributable to the Company (pro rata for the unused period); (c) cancellation of a service that has not yet started; (d) other cases arising from the law.

4. Cases Where We Do Not Refund. Services that have started and fall under the withdrawal exception; content removed for breaching the Listing Rules (your statutory rights are reserved).

5. How to Request. Write to info@iranianturkey.org with your order number. We answer your request as soon as possible.

6. Refund Method and Timing. Refunds are made only to the card used for payment (no refunds in cash, by bank transfer or to another card). For cancellations on the same day, the transaction may not appear on your card statement at all; other refunds are initiated by the Company within 14 days at the latest, and the time for them to appear on your card depends on your bank. A refund invoice/document is issued for the refund.

7. End of Service. The service does not renew automatically; if you do not renew at the end of the period, the premium features/advertisement end automatically. The free version of your listing stays online.
